I have fabulous experience at Lotus Skinlab. First, Elena was very accommodating when it comes to matching time for appointment. She also went above and beyond when giving Microdermabrasion Facials for both my 18-yo stepson with acne problem and I, with dry skin and uneven texture, (at separate times, because she can only take one client at a time, for now). I called them twice to make an appointment, the connection was really bad on their side, and each time they hung up, never bothered to call back. I sent an email to make an appointment, no reply. I went there during their working hours on Wednesday, according to the information online, they are open till 5 pm, I came at 3, and what do you know - no one was there. The door was locked.
