6/7/22-- When you have to get a lot of work done, be careful printing coupons... I wasn't aware that the 15% off coupon only applied to the Clay Cooley in Dallas. This Irving location honored it but only took off $250 ($125 off parts and $125 off labor), and that wasn't much because I got charged a 3% fee because I had to use my credit card. And my bill had a disposal fee of $60 for the damaged parts that got replaced or repaired-- it's like apartments making people pay for trash pick up when they take the trash to the dumpster themselves... In all, I feel I was robbed with all the fees. The other Nissan locations either didn't have the parts or they didn't have anymore appointments, so I had to come back to this one. The next time I need something else repaired, I will have to only get one repair at a time. I had to get quite a bit done and since it was going to take more than 1 day, they let me use a loaner car so that I could get to work, run errands, etc. Thanks, but please lose all those fees.
3/18/22 UPDATE: Rich got in contact with me today and apologized and will refund my diagnostic fee. He said that they were confident that my check engine light would come back on, and if it did, to give him a call so they can check it again and make necessary repairs. I appreciate someone reaching out to me and wanting to rectify...
Read moreI saw a vehicle advertised on CarGurus that Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving had posted. I called the number, spoke to Allison, and she assured me the vehicle was available. I informed her I was driving an hour to look at it. She double-checked and again told me the vehicle was available and even gave me the Stock # of the vehicle. I made it there before my scheduled appointment and they brought the new car Sales Manager out to try and sell me a new car (I called about a used one). Then they had the sales lady bring up a completely different vehicle than the one I had called on. When I informed her that was the wrong vehicle she had the used car Sales Manager come out. He “explained” to me the vehicle I called about had not passed inspection and he could not show it to me because it was “locked up” in the Service Dept. I asked if I could at least look at the vehicle and he refused to even let me see it. They had the Nissan Customer Promise on the wall which read: We will respect your time. (They did not). We will market our products and services honestly. (They did not). I could continue but I have wasted enough of my time with Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving, TX. Their customer service was severely lacking. I would NOT recommend...

We were not an easy case or situation and I didn’t make it easy for them however Alex and The finance manager were very patient, honest and forth coming. They worked their magic and I somehow ended up with something I had only ever dreamed of driving!
