Got a bed frame still in box off Facebook marketplace, found out it was incomplete (missing carton #2 with support/side rails & footboard). Called this store & the number listed on the instructions and was told nothing could be done since there wasn't an order number that I could give. A tad ridiculous seeing as I have the model number AND exact part number that would complete the set, whereas now said set is taking up room in the dumpster. Shame, the setup was gorgeous.
