Family Smile Donut Shop — Restaurant in Irving

Not sure that what I’m going to say about the first product is the owners fault but I had the “BEEFCheese” kolache and there was No cheese in the roll that I could find. The owner showed me the Eckrege package of dogs and it said cheese. I also asked for an eclair, which I requested that it be filled properly end to end. It was not, it had about an inch on both ends approx 3/8” wide and a 2” section in the middle not filled at all. Pictures show both products. The owner was very rude and jumped to take the product and just give my money back which I said no so I could photograph what was left. There are much better donuts...

The customer service might vary by cashier. However the cashier I came across gave me a poor experience. I asked for two white sprinkled donuts, there was one on the racket. I asked if one could be possibly made, the cashier at the counter told me no it can’t be done. There were no customers behind me either. Every single other donut shop has done this for me. Also, the donuts I got, were disappointing. Donut holes had barely any glazing to them, and the donut itself was kind of crunchy. Aren’t they suppose to be on the softer side? Definitely won’t...

Cute adorable place definitely a hole in the wall and you have to be looking for in order to find it which is a bummer I wish this place had more advertising. The Establishment is clean and slick beautiful decorations the aroma of the pastries is delightful also the staff are very friendly and helpful.
