I recently started a new job nearby and have been to this location twice, there won't be a third time. My first experience here was in the drive through at approximately 5am. Upon pulling up to the menu, no one was present to take my order. I honked a couple of times in an attempt to get someone's attention, and nothing...I pulled up to the window and didn't see a soul in the kitchen. Upon giving up I saw an employee chilling up against their car in the parking lot and another employee walking back from a nearby convenience store.
My second experience here was the very next day at 5am. This time there were multiple cars in the drive through so I knew that at least one person was working. When I asked for coffee I was told they were out. I politely asked if she could make some and was just told "no." No explanation, nothing. I then ordered a diet coke. Upon driving up to the window I see that she is actually filling a cup with regular coke. This may not be a big deal but when you are diabetic it will make for a bad day. She corrects it. Then has to ask me what I had just ordered as the kitchen is confused... After confusing a honey butter chicken biscuit with a whataburger I received my order. Unfortunately napkins were not included, the hash browns were cold, and the biscuit was soggy like it had been...
Read morePlace is ok. Employees are also okay. But if you want exceptional service...you have to demand for it. I am currently on Go Healthy phase of life :) So ordered The Garden salad with grilled chicken......Which is 6 + $'s And seeing the size of ranch dressing, i wanted to get another one extra....but it's not free.... Note to ::: Whataburger management....already you are selling something which cost less than a dollar or max 2 dollar (lettuce + chicken breast+ tomato + carrot + ranch + croutons +cheese + employeee salary) The company should not charge extra for another ranch.
After seeing that I was being charrged for the extra ranch, requested the cashier to cancel the extra ranch.
But no, they can't our don't know how to remove just that extra ranch. She called the MOD and here it goes a minute or two talkng in Spanish. I know four languages. But I Don't know Spanish. But I always avoid talking in other language of the person standing or talking to me don't understand the other language. It's RUDE.
And the whole order was cancelled and ringed again.
Overall not a good experience for a $6 + breakfast salad.

Really quick to take my order, great.
I guess a bunch of drunk off-duty employees and managers also came in at the same time that I did and was causing a ruckus in the restaurant. One of them (Gabriel, who was also drunk) claimed he was a manager at this location and was talking about how if he was working tonight, that they would all be locked in. During this time, employees were joking around with Gabriel and company (there were 2-3 other off-duty employees). At one point, Gabriel's order came out first before a few other customers that were waiting (who came in before Gabriel). Other customers were confused and the other people in the restaurant kept on saying "well thats the manager.." It doesn't matter if he's the manager, he shouldn't be able to jump the queue past others that were waiting way longer than he was.
These late-teenage high schooler employees need to know how to stay on task better and crank out orders instead of messing around with their friends. Alot of the times, the employees in the back were just standing around...
