Attempted to order three foot long sandwiches. First of all found out Isanti Subway store does not honor corporate promotions. Website seemed to not transmit order. Site did not allow for you to stop the order or switch store without losing the order. so I continued with the order knowing I would not get the discount. Called store to see if they received the order. They did not. Asked If I could just order with them.NOPE I was told OWNER does not allow that. I then tried to order from cambridge store (found out they DO honor promotions). They also did not get my order. But offered to call me back and try to resolve. Took my number to have manager call me. When I checked my account BOTH stores charged my account. $46+ charged and no food. Isanti Subway gave me corporate number. Number did not work but rather referred you to website that didn't give option to make complaint. A few weeks ago I found a hair in my wrap and when I went back after two bites I was told that the hair wasnât from them and they wouldnât even remake wrap. Then today when I went in I ordered the same wrap that I always get at subway and they always put 4 pieces of cheese and the girl only put two, not a big deal! I nicely asked if I could have full cheese and she said it only comes with two pieces so I was like whatever thatâs fine! She then put 4 pieces on it and goes I just put the extra cheese on for you. I went back to the store the next day and they admitted I was double charged and they could see my order in their system and told me exactly what I had bought. The said their system only showed one charge and they would not reverse it but said this happens all the time. They told me to wait for a few days and one of the charges would go away. So I did. My card still posted both charges. I called and asked for a refund or gift card and they said they couldnât do that. They advised I call the corporate office.
