Hello, I have visited this new location a total of 3 times. The first two were in the evening after dinner time. This seems to be a very busy time of day. The line took 20-30 minutes each of those two times. I understand this was mostly due to volume of orders. Both inside, patio and line were full of customers. I imagine they will become speedier with practice and the volume of customers may slow down after being open a while. Blizzards we’re great and food was hot and fresh! My third visit was during lunch time. I ordered and paid ahead of time on the DQ app. I added the $5 off $10 Or more coupon, I paid and joined in line. Only a couple of cars ahead of me and the line moved quick! Unfortunately, I was notified that the system automatically canceled my order due to an on going system issue when customers use the $5 off coupon on their order. They had to manually enter in my order and the people behind me had to wait (after they ordered). They were unable to offer me $5 off my order. The staff told me when I was there that the system has canceled multiple orders places through the app with the $5 off coupon and that corporate was not aiding in any help or resolution. I filled out a feedback section on the app and received an email from DQ fan relations/ support. They told me this was my fault and that I did not add the $5 off coupon to my order. Despite having 4 screenshots that showed I DID have the coupon redeemed on my order. Including screenshots of my receipt. Corporate - please listen to your customers and staff! I did get hurt; They basically didn't care very much; giving me 20.$ for the shirt & 2 mini blizzards witch is a joke ; Now when I go in there they have a bad attitude towards me and give terrible treats poorly made with a attitude of hatred. Read moreI went here for dinner last night and spent 25 plus minutes in the drive-thru line. There were only four cars ahead of me. When I did get to the window to pay I sat there for two or three minutes before they even open the window. There was no apology for the wait they asked "did you have the strips and double basket?". To top it all off when I did finally get home I found that they had shorted us an order of fries. I did give them two stars because the food we did get was good and hot.
I have avoided going to this place several times because of how long the drive-thru line was. They are extremely disorganized and clearly don't know how to run the place. I hope they get somebody in there that knows how to run a fast food restaurant. I was really looking forward to having another...
