I visited this location the evening of January 5th at 6:35PM. When I was greeted at the drive thru speaker, I ordered a caramel cooler. I also asked for a medium black coffee and was told that they didn’t have black coffee at the moment but could make an americano. I said “fine” and asked if they had any 3-cheese grilled sandwiches. She immediately said “nope!” - I knew this game all too well. From there, I said “well, what sandwiches DO you have?” And then the truth came out: the oven was already shut off for the night. At 6:30. On a Friday. And it was clear in the tone of this persons voice that the oven would definitely NOT be turned back on. I backed out of the driveway and ordered at Cambridge. Read moreYesterday was the first time in 17 yrs I had to return my drink to be remade, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life! My husband and I ordered 2 drinks...neither had double shots of espresso, his didn't have extra caramel, mine was most definitely was not blended extra either. Mine tasted like frozen water with a hint of mint and his was watery light caramel tasting. When I brought mine back to be remade it wasn't much better and the girl was kinda snobby about it. They also screwed up the ladies drink after us as well too. Looks like time...
Read moreThis is my second time buying a latte from this location and once again it has been horrible! First one I bought was hazelnut it tasted watered down and the flavor reminded me like what mildew smells like; second one was a vanilla latte; totally tasted watered down like hot flavored skim milk! Someone needs to start taste testing at this location or train your baristas how to make a good latte! Any other caribou location actually makes a good latte! Won't be back until you fix...
