Neither I nor anyone in my family know how to fly fish, nor were any of us interested in learning. We stopped by this TRR Outfitters looking to learn what options are available for conventional fishing. Went into the store to pick up split shot and strike indicators. Was my second time fly fishing so I mentioned to the employee (Scott) that I was having trouble casting so maybe split shot would help. He said split shot had nothing to do with casting and proceeded to take me into the parking lot and demonstrate a few things, then watch me try them.
