Had the absolute worst experience. I had booked out over 4 months. When I showed up I was running 10 mins late and the lady immediately had an attitude... sorry I come from over an hour away and had a little traffic... I’ve had filler and Botox from looks by Shannon (located in lynnwood SHES amazing!!!!) But Eastside eye candy, this place was so awful. They ran me thru a full consultation for the lady to tell me my lips already looked good & she wouldn’t put in anymore.... I have an extremely natural pout. I had been looking forward to have this service done for months because my previous filler had dissolved and been done over 9 months prior. They turned down my service & I actually left crying. The lady was laughing at me for crying and was SOOO unprofessional. There was not even an option given for my service I had booked out months before. The owner called me after I complained and asked for a call & told me she reviewed my pictures and my lips were nice and they are more conservative. They never should’ve booked me or had me come in if THEY didn’t feel comfortable. I ended up going to Shannon same day and she did a full syringe for me & said they may not be good enough or have enough experience to touch my lips. I've been a loyal client of Jaime's for approximately five years now, primarily for Botox and lip filler treatments. Finding her years ago was a stroke of luck that I'm eternally grateful for. My initial visit was to address my "11's," but it was during this appointment that Jaime's keen eye and compassionate approach truly shone through. She gently inquired about my cleft lip, a topic I had always approached with some hesitance. I explained that while I had longed for further cosmetic repair, my insurance had its limitations. Jaime's response, a warm and confident 'I can help!', was a turning point for me.

The results were nothing short of miraculous. Jaime skillfully filled a deep gap in my lip, a detail I thought was beyond repair. I remember looking in the mirror, tears streaming down my face, overwhelmed by the transformation. For the first time, I felt like my cleft lip no longer defined my appearance. 2nd update upon reading their response: THEY DID ACTUALLY VIOLATE HIPAA laws but of course they won't admit to it because what smart business would? There was information given to the officer would have required a warrant to get information but it was given away freely. Also creepy information that wasn't even publicly available except from them what I spoke about to Jaime and Callie. THAT. IS. HIPAA VIOLATION. It is shady! Shady shady shady!! Go here if you don't care about your private and personal information being mishandled. And they are so dramatic. Acting like a disturbing crime has happened like a murder just because I'm a person of color. It wasn't. Typical of people like them, I suppose. I mean look at their staff online! Can't be here unless you look like them. It was odd though that there were no people of color in the office or any patients I've seen. Just because I'm Asian and have darker skin than you all mean that I can be treated poorly.

I really did like their services and had they not violated HIPAA regulations regarding my personal information being released without my consent to a 3rd party, I would've continued to go here.
