This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced by far. Hands down the WORST place I have ever eaten at. I tried this place a couple times and both times was met with very poor customer service. The waitress made the two other people I was with and myself very uncomfortable.

The times before that were just as ridiculous like a server asking someone in my party 3 times if they were sure they didn't have their passport and when they said no, the server asked if they were sure it wasn't in their car. Who keeps a passport on them!

Also, how we waited over 40 minutes for a table then got the run around from servers (3 servers ID my whole group 3 times and told us different things). One server said my friends vertical ID just needed to be verified by the manger, walked off with the ID came back and said nothing giving it back (that is fine, we assumed the manager looked at it). Then 15 min. later another sever kicked us out!

Last time, I think the poor customer service started when I politely asked why they did not accept vertical IDs. She told it is because recently the state had come in 3 times using fake vertical IDs to try and bust them in the past month. This is a LIE. As someone who has done bar tending the state cannot use fake IDs when trying to do busts, they have to use real IDs that state the person is under 21. Also, I find it highly unlikely they have visited 3 times in the last month. I didn't say anything though and responded with okay, my face probably showed irritation but I did't verbalize it.

After my question she walked off not asking if we wanted anything. When she finally returned she was short, abrupt, and seemed really mad.

I tried my best to be very nice to make the awkwardness go away but it didn't help. When anyone in my party said thank you she'd just glare at us and one time responded with a sarcastic sounding "yeahhhhh." All her responses were very short and sounded very irritated. We honestly though about getting up and leaving at one point, she made it so awkward.

I'm confused why she got so angry over a question or if she is generally like that. Either way it is unfair. When I used to work with the public I'd have customers scream at me and still keep my cool.

It took a longer time than standard to receive the food even though the place was almost empty and when we did it was just okay. The burger meat was very very bland.

It took forever for the check to come and our group was met with the same pissed off attitude. Also on my receipt it said Young which we all...

Really not great. Outdoor covered portion is riddled with flies. The service is perfunctory at best and inattentive at worst. Staff always seem like they need to be rushing off to something else before letting you even finish your sentence. The menu sounds great, but literally every single damn thing on the menu has not been seasoned and lacks flavor. Ribs with Fries with the sage an garlic? No salt on the fries makes them unappetizing and bland. The ribs had very little smoke flavor though they were very tender and there was a very scant amount of the truffle honey sauce on them which was their only real source of flavor. Poutine? Undercooked fries, barely any gravy and flavorless, melted wad of cheese on top, not cheese curds mixed through it. You can barely call it poutine. Pretzel? Bland again. Cheese sauce meh at best. Barely any salt on it the pretzel. My dining partner and I were so underwhelmed with these appetizers we didn’t actually want to risk ordering a pizza or burger. Somebody in that kitchen needs to train the staff to season and taste things. This is the most basic part of culinary craft. We wanted a little bit more food so we tried the onion rings and fried heese curds. Again both completely unsalted after coming out of the fryer. The texture of the onion rings was good and the aioli again a little lacking in flavor. The cheese curds were OK texturally and the sweet and spicy jam was OK. Nothing is going to taste very good if you can’t season things. We must have been on an off night because otherwise I cannot fathom how this place gets such high ratings. I would never go back and we considered leaving to get other...

We’ve walked past place several times because they were busy and full, so sad we didn’t try harder! We’ll we finally made it on a Wednesday and they had a few seats available. Friendly staff awaited and we took an outside seat. We had the the onion rings for an appetizer, probably the best I’ve had, anywhere. You either bite in an the coating falls off or you pull the onion out… not with these! A light batter that was crunchy and a onion that was hot and easy to bite through, perfectly cooked! It came with catchup or a fry sauce, you need an extra fry sauce, really good. Next came our Pork Belly Cubano, which my wife and I split and the kitchen split it for us. We thought it a bit weird that it came with pickled jalapeños so my wife got them on the side. I put mine back on and then put hers on mine, just a little heat straight but perfect on the sandwich! Mojo Pork, thick cut bacon, house mustard, pickled jalepenos, pickles, smoked gouda. I WISH I HADN’T split. My wife and I agreed it was the best we’ve had! The draft beers our on rotation so every day is different. I like brown, red or dark (non IPA) beers and they had a few to choose from, if it wasn’t lunch I would of had another. So ,we are going back to try something else, it’s hard to do sometimes when you know what’s already great. THIS IS A MUST TRY PLACE! If you...
