Kristi was absolutely wonderful. I have no idea about beds prior. All i knew was i needed a firm bed for my back pain. I liked on a firm mattress and could really feel the relief on my back.

Kristi showed me the features of the bed which included an adjustable base to lift the upper body and also lower body. I was skeptical at first but it made a huge difference for my back pain.

With my legs raised I could feel relief from the back pain, with my upper body raised i won't snore as much and reduced apnea.

She showed me 3 more beds and described the different features they have. I wasn't keen on the memory foam mattresses, my experience is they're hot. I didn't like the pillow top either, it defeats the firmness of the mattresses.

The beds range from $600 and less for value models. All the way to $5,000+ for the high tech models.

She also let me try out the "Sleepy" pillow, it was fantastic, soft but supporting my head comfortable.

This week being a Memorial Day week, Kristy provided many discounts.

The total came to $2,500. I never thought I'd ever buy a mattress that expensive. But it is what I needed for my back pain. My old bed was $600. It's 23 years old. Dividing $2,500 by 23 years by 12 months gives a monthly cost of $9 !!! It's a great value for a great night's sleep.

The only nit is the queen base doesn't split the bed, so both sleepers are inclined or declined together. That doesn't matter to me, I sleep alone...

What an amazingly beautiful, talented phenomenal woman and angel to all mankind, Kristiana!! Everyone needs to be acquainted with her! Importantly, it is imperative to ensure the public about the greatest and stellar customer service and care I received from all three employees mentioned. As promised, additionally, I love all the products I purchased: the needed 14” extra-firm Silver Mattress, Memory Foam Pillows, Mattress coverings and the 900 adjustable Base~ absolutely love them all! Plus, the delivery is quick (within the same week of purchase) and professional setup. I have experienced the best results with my sleep...

The BEST. My current mattress is a great example of what happens when you think, “it’s memory foam, they’re all the same, right?” And there’s nothing wrong with my current mattress, in fact, when it was in the guest room people raved about it. But it is not right for me and I am in more and more pain every day when I wake up. I had enough, but I was so worried I wouldn’t even know what I needed, I never knew an ostensibly comfortable mattress could cause such pain. Fortunately, Lilliana at mattress firm was my savior. She had the expertise to guide me so that I could feel what was right for me when I laid on a mattress and she knew the inventory to direct me to try based on what I said my issues were. She was so kind and lovely throughout while also being quite efficient (which I LOVE). I think I was in and out, with my new mattress ordered and feeling like I had a new lease on life, within an hour. I cannot tell you the relief I felt walking out of there; genuinely. Lucy also helped me the next day when there was some miscommunication on my delivery date. She too was as lovely as could be.
