Hopefully I can fit all of this into a review. These incompetent employees allowed my neighbor to put a water meter that has been tied to my rental house for 30 years in his name, claiming it was his house and property with a simple screen shot from TN property viewer showing nothing other then satellite property lines. Straight up argued with me that I’m wrong, it’s his property and on one occasion asked me why I had such a problem with him. I was out of state at the time and had nothing but negative attitudes from the office and field employees when calling, we traveled back to TN to figure out why they wouldn’t listen to my side of the story and have the issue fixed. I had to take many documents into their office and prove that I was the owner. The water meter was split between two houses on two different properties. Now my average usage is up 5200 gallons from 2000 gallons a month, no leaks at all, I’ve even checked the meter itself with everything shut off and the meter is not spinning. Where did this extra 3000 gallons of water come from or go? Try to explain the situation to Pam (who was absolutely rude and not willing to help or explain anything other then it might be a toilet leaking lol) says she can take my number and have the manager call me this evening. What entitlement do these people have, if they had an actual online billing system, or someone who actually gives customers service politely but they’d rather give service from the early 2000s (on one occasion a woman in the office said “I am not getting into this it has all been settled and your not the owner) as I had the deed in my hand and my house didn’t have a water meter) lol this place is a joke! Than I go to pay and they charge me for paying them because I used my debit card (which they called a convenience fee), by this time I had issues, and the clerk was ruder than I was. They didnt turn my service on until a week later and gave me the run around about that, so I moved in with no service, and frankly they didnt even seem to care, made me feel like I was the issue. And whats this flat rate business policy? Over $50 a month for water? Thats crazy, is the mafia out of the trucking business and moved its interests to water? Went to the office this morning to make sure it was paid. I was told the manager set this new process up. And that the post office sent it a week late. How can that be when notice is dated 12/18.
