Glad it wasn't just me that found the person on the phone to be extremely rude and arrogant. Called about a repair on my mower and was instantly told without question, "not to bother to bring my mower if I have x, y and z wrong with it, because it won't be covered by the brand's warranty." I'm sorry, even if any of those issues mentioned were the actual issue, I made mention that the reason for the appointment was to find out what was in fact wrong with the machine. I'm guessing this was the owner based on the other negative experiences mentioned in the reviews. Well, not that you care being you have such a poor, and careless attitude, but you already lost my business, and I'll be sure to spread the word that this is not the place to purchase from, or bring any repairs to. I'm calling the company that made my mower tomorrow to extend my complaint of this business, and to find a more reputable and reliable establishment that won't instantly turn me off based on a simple phone call....

Just put purchased a Club Cadet ride on lawn mower from this store. My last mower lasted about 17 years. With a track record like that, it didn't take long to figure out what would replace it. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted but still had some concerns. Marty helped me out and took the time to answer all my questions. Let me be clear, this man knows what he is talking about. A little expensive but but they run all county line hardware's in this family like a tight ship they know exactly what they have where they have and how many they have. If you know the proper terminology for what you want they will know whether or not they have it immediately. I don't mind paying a little more from because They have digital locations with minimal compredators and you can't just drive by if you can buy it from them, because I know that whatever they sell me, it is ALL WAYS a quality Product.
