All Star Bagels — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Ordered a simple ham and cheese with mayo on a roll, the first attempt at making this complex sandwich I was handed a toasted egg ham and cheese no mayo, no big deal I would let the girl know it was wrong and the correct sandwich, the girl who took the order apologized and said let me write this down, goes step by step to describe this complex sandwich I want to order ham and cheese with mayo on a roll, ask if I want egg I said no yet again, after waiting 10 minutes for this I get greeted by the cook who said sorry the mistake, the girl is new and the ham was cut a little to thick and hands over 6 free bagels(which I ended up not taking) I look into the sandwich and it’s a ham and cheese with egg no mayo, the cook goes on to say that’s what she wrote when I explicitly told her no egg, yet again they attempt to make my complex order, this go around I’m thrown my sandwich with a nasty aditude by the cook who just walks away and doesn’t say anything, never again will I spend my money in this place I would suggest going elsewhere there are about 5 other bagel spots in the area anyone of them will do this...

I was very disappointed with the service and food. I came in on a Saturday, and I called ahead of time to order 3 breakfast sandwiches. The phone just rang and rang. When I got there, I found out from talking to another customer that it does not matter whether you order online, call ahead (if they even pick up), or order when you get there, you will be waiting a long time. I waited close to 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches. That's unacceptable, especially with no warning or heads-up. I wouldn't have been bothered if the food came out well, but they skimped out on the eggs, and never apologized for the long wait. There are a bunch of high school kids working there who lack skill in customer service....

I had a terrible experience at this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. While the first staff member was polite and the food was good, everything else about my visit was awful.

We arrived around 12 PM, and although they close at 1 PM, it took over 10 minutes to prepare two bagels, even though there was only two customers in the store. They got my order wrong and once we started EATING, the girl began mopping the floor and, by 12:20, we were still eating when they turned OFF the lights, although their hours on the door and online say they are open until 1 PM.

This was extremely disrespectful and made the experience unpleasant. I couldn’t even finish my food. I will definitely not...
