Flowers were horrible. EMBARRASSED. I asked for a refund. Elizabeth was nice at first and said that she has had trouble with this arrangement in the past and really should not even be offering these and should eliminate them from her choices. I completely agreed with her and said she should eliminate them if youâre gonna send that kind of an arrangement to a funeral home. Then things went South very quickly with her poor attitude. She basically called me a liar and said I need proof with a picture. Seriously, taking a picture of the funeral. It really never occurred to me to even have my phone in my possession let alone take a picture. Obviously sheâs gone through this before, need I say more. Tried three different times to work this out. The last time after hanging up on me four times she said she was going to report me to the authorities. For what Elizabeth? Really just give me my $255 back. Seems pretty simple doesnât it ?? apparently not So incredibly sad in our time of despair when we just were embarrassed at the funeral home AND she calls me a liar. Our family which means our children and my wife and I spent our money And just got disrespected attempting to make things right. I wonât get into the rest of the details but Elizabeth is a liar and our arrangement was horrible which we spent $255 so it wasnât like we were trying to get anything but the best for a mother.
