The salad itself was great. It was fresh, loaded with toppings, and a solid portion for the price. But the customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and one employee literally looked at me, walked off, and said, “someone needs to go take her order.” The person who did finally help me seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Next time, I’ll try the West Jackson...
