We stopped at this place as we are passing through the area. Thought we were going to enjoy a great meal. We pulled up at the drive thru to place the order and ask for a few minutes to look over your menu. She said ok. When we went to place our order we were met with nothing but straight up attitude. Definitely will not be back after not just hearing the attitude but being completely disrespected. The girl kept talking over us not allowing us to confirm whether the orders she had were correct. She spoke so fast and ended with, "what else can I get you? " with a rude tone before we could even respond. Her tone was even recognizable to a family friend we had on speaker phone to where they made a comment about her attitude. She then after receiving the first of the two orders, switched back to the first order asking if we wanted the same sides for the first order as what we received for the second order. This showed us she never paid attention to the first two sides that were already conveyed to her in the first order. And while trying to convey the second order, I inquired if there was a chance I could replace one of the sides that came with the combo for another side. She then knee jerkingly said "One of the two sides!" alleviating any chance of any other option for a different side to be made. At this point we were so fit to be tied with her attitude that we said never mind we don't want anything because we can clearly see you're bothered. This was the only point in the ordering process she was quiet and at a loss of words. I write this in hopes that management could realize what this type of person and attitude does for their business. This has to be the most unprofessional fast food facility I have ever visited in the capitol city. I placed my order and waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes for a small order and asked for ranch. I was informed of the 50 cent upcharge and assured the cashier it wasn't an issue and it was okay to add it to my debit card. After paying for my food, the cashier came back to the window and tossed my food (slung) it in my car. I didn't think she meant any harm, just overwhelmed maybe, so I said, thank you. She then slammed the window in my face. As I check my bag, I notice that the ranch that I had paid 50 cent for was not in the bag. I called the store because I was in traffic and couldn't return: in hopes that next visit I wouldn't be charged and could use the credit for next visit. I called and asked to speak to the manager and I was told that she was busy (very rudely), I asked for her name and the employee said she could not disclose that information (very rudely). I then said thank you and ended the call. My shrimp fried rice was cold, the customer service was God-awful, and I couldn't even speak to a manager. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AS THIS IS NOT MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The money wasn't the issue. The food not being fresh after a 15 minute wait was not the issue. But the disrespect and lack of empathy towards a paying customer is unacceptable. Needless to say, me nor my family will be spending any money with this location anymore.

Well I messed up and tried this place again and I was highly disappointed. The food was absolutely the worst I've had ever. The fries were pitiful. I've had better fries in frozen bags that were much better than these fries or hard crumbs the fish strips are now one strip cut into nuggets that had a odor of old fish and looked green inside .if you think the food quality is like it used to be just forget it because you'll be dissatisfied to the fullest I'll never eat that thrown together crap again. And before they deny this review YES THIS WAS AT THE MEADOWBROOK LOCATION.(CHECK YOUR COOKS) as I said if management read this correctly This used to be the place to go .make a comment on what I said not tell me your standards are fresh and check out the cooks you hire to cook this food.yes it used to be quality but now since the pandemic I have seen a decline in the standards of the food period.
