Updated 05/19/25 I have been parked in the space near drive thru for about 30 minutes just waiting on a Whopper. Guess I'll have to stuff my face at my desk since this fiasco has taken me, and everyone in the drive thru line, so long. No ketchup in my bag. I guess this location will always be terrible.
Stopped by for a quick bite. Ended up waiting 13 minutes in drive thru. All cars patiently waited several minutes before our order was taken. Staff was stalling orders. My order was simple: a whopper and 4 piece cheesy tot. Drive thru screen said "cheese sticks" instead of "cheese tots". After paying, I confirm that receipt listed the wrong item. I asked and was told I was getting the tots as ordered. I then asked another staff member if the price was different, and she said, "the price is the same. Do you need anything else?" I waited several more minutes for my food, which, thankfully was correct. But I was still bothered. I know the tots are less than the sticks I ordered, so I drove back around to check the menu. I was charged 1.99 instead of the 1.49 price of the tots. Not a big deal, but the staff member insisted I was wrong and hurried me out of her way without any concern for their error. I went back to the window and told her plainly that she overcharged me. She huffed,and puffed, and made a big show at how inconvenient it was to give me a refund. I guess that's why she only gave me $0.30 of the $0.40 she owed me.

The cold fries and jalapeno poppers were irritating but not the worst of it. The lady who is standing in the lobby watching this along with everyone else in there who said nothing other than 1 customer who shook his head, was not acceptable. The young man who flicked his tongue vulgarly and continued after I made gestures of denial then proceeded to walk in the customer lobby taking orders outside and creeping around building to walk in behind me had made obscene self gratifying gestures while I can only assume he was making my food and others to be continued to allow him to work there is a disgrace he doesn't need a job where he comes in contact with customers if he cannot behave his self when he finds a woman attractive who is old enough to be his mother and in no way reciprocated any of what he was putting off. I'm very dissatisfied with this this is my second time in a row to go to this store and have some serious issues unfortunately it's the only Burger King near my house so I don't know what I'll be doing from now on for fast food but it probably will not be from these guys and if it is I'll certainly be going through the drive-thru at least they just leave half your food out there and overcharge you they don't make you feel like you might need a bodyguard to go...

Unfortunately ,my sandwich had what I didn't want. So my mother took it back along with my cookies. So, they made the sandwich over and all they say is "sorry ". I got the sandwich back and there are no cookies. So I called up to the store to speak to a real manager and explained everything to him. Apparently, no one in that store is Professional enough to have any compassion, because the tone of their voice has very lack of concern when a customer isn't satisfied. The nerve of them thinking we were going to burn gas to come back there . I was so unhappy that I didn't even want the cookies anymore. I will not return to Burger King at this location again. Before you all ruin another customer's order, make sure the whole staff is properly trained. It would be nice if every customers' orders were right...
