I have gone there on three different occasions, once to get a set put on and the other two to get a fill, from the moment I walked in the door each time I felt like they were being rude, no hello it was always “ did you call?” , then the last time I go in he immediately tells me” going to be a long wait , like 2 hr, maybe you come back on Monday or Tuesday “ I said no this is the only time I can come , so I will wait, well when I sit down the other people start talking and some had been there for 4 hrs... it was a Saturday at 4 , only 2 people working,?!?! i felt embarrassed cause he talked to me like that in front of other customers, so I sat for a few and the longer I sat the more upset I got so I decided to leave and I will never go back. Customer services is everything! Their work was acceptable but if I feel not wanted somewhere then I won’t go back, there are other place that will gladly take my money and...

My mom and I went here as an impromptu girls day and did not leave happy. We both had a pedicure and when drying the gel the lady burned my toe twice with the lamp, moving on to the nails I had originally wanted dip and added tips but she acted as of I had to get gel if I were getting tips so eventually I just gave up and went with gel. When filing she gashed two of my fingers and tried to act like nothing happened and dug into the rest of them. It was very painful and I generally go monthly to have my nails and toes done and it has never been painful. There was no apology given at all and she did not bother to be careful when using alcohol on the nails. My fingers felt as if they were on fire. The quality was also not great, the sides are not straight and the nails seem buldgy in places. We spent over $200 for poor quality and lack of ability. I do not recommend and...

Why are they so rude??? My daughter and I came here for back-to-school mani’s and pedi’s and we totally put them out by all of our questions about dip polish. We don’t get our nails done often. They were not busy. The young woman who did my 11-yr-old daughters nails was annoyed because she was trying to pick her colors and was very short with daughter. The man did my pedi and started to do my nails and kept hurting me. I finally told him I didn’t want my nails done but I let my daughter get hers done. I will never support this...
