The app placed my order to the wrong store and they refused to cancel or move it the the town I was in, so I paid for a sandwich I was not able to receive. Again, they refused any customer service (I hung up when "Becky" called me "honey" in a condescending tone). I reported it as fraudulent to my bank and am processing a charge back.
