UPDATED
February 26 2020 - I came to this DQ to get my 77 year old grandma a birthday cake and some food for the family. I picked out my cake and went to the counter. I had to stand there for a few minutes before they realized I was there. It took the girl about 10 to 15 minutes just to process my payment through the card reader as another employee was having some issues. Then after my order was paid for, it took about 30 minutes before I got my food and then I had to re-bag my own food into a bigger back because they put it in small bags.
As my time there I noticed there were 4 employees in the front, one was a trainee, and I seen 2 or 3 in the back prepping the food.
In the front, there were 2 working on the drive thru one was taking orders and the other was filling them. Then the other was taking the dinning room orders and placing the easy items like drinks and ice cream but wasn't thinking about getting the food orders out. And nobody was showing this trainee on how to do anything or asking her to do anything other than use the mixer. And they were not working together it seemed as if they were all scattered. One female employee started to re-bag my food into the bigger bag, but then put my food down and told the trainee she would have to do it because she had to do something else, which was a rude tone. It did not appear that there was a manager/supervisor on duty as all the workers seem very young other than one male in the back prepping food.
This is the 2nd time that I have issues same as these with this location. It doesn't appear anything has changed. I think it's time that someone steps and and gets control over this.
I won't be returning to this DQ again.
Original review October 2019 - The building overall needs some improvements. They need more than one card machine so there is not a back up when it is busy. They also need more employees because on ball nights it is backed up when they are busy taking orders and for filling orders.

But let me tell you! The first thing is they are clean. When I came in, I could smell that they had been cleaning and saw the girl walking around with the bucket to clean things up. Then we looked in the freezer only to find the most adorable cakes. Whoever is decorating their cakes really loves their job and is so creative! đ My food came out at a reasonable time, and I could tell it wasn't just sitting but was recently prepared. The girls behind the counter were working hard and were kind. If I lived here and wasn't simply passing through, I would come back here again! Great job, ladies working on...
   Read moreTakes forever to get food. I've been twice and each time I order the chicken strip basket and a blizzard. First time probably took 20 minutes. Second time it got so long of being pulled off to the side and passed by people behind me I called and was told they missed my order. They brought it out and weren't very apologetic or offer anything or at least refund the meal. 30+ minutes on that occasion. Never to return. The long wait is a common negative review on here and it doesn't appear they care too much about finding ways to make it better. Whit's has way better ice...
