Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

I like BK. They actually have about the best burgers in town, which I grant is about the equivalent of calling someone the best surfer in Finland, but I can't give this store a higher rating. I can't speak for the brand as a whole but this store has the vague air of a funeral home. I get the sense that corporate has prioritized profits over the wellbeing of their employees to the point that it affects the dining experience for the customer. On the plus side, the Play tubes in the store are fun for the kids and usually clean, but any more than 5-6 at a time would be overcrowded. If you wanna charge 8 bucks for a burger, at least pay your people enough that they can serve it with a smile. Edit: The overall experience has improved a lot in the first half of 2019. I have to say that Living in Thailand Burger King is a Treat and This 1!! Is A Joke, Food is Not Made Your Way and is Far from it and the Pictures or Even the amounts of each item are not close. But at least the Salt comes With Fries!! Really, You don't need to Add Salt Everytime You prepare a order of Fries and I watched 3 different workers ADD SALT to the same batch of Fries How Much is Enough!! Now to the Elephant and that's the Fact that They have Yet to SLOW DOWN THE GRILL SPEED AND THE FOOD IS UNDER COOKED as this was the Second month and the 2nd and Last time I Even Think about Burger King in Jackson As MY Whopper was Undercooked Again. It sucked...they didn't even know what I was talking about when I tried to order their new Bbq bacon Swiss burger thats being advertised on tv and finally sol me a Jr whopper with Swiss and bacon and added bbq sauce of which cost me over $17 for one large meal 1 6pc chicken nugget kids meal and 2 ice teas when my order was 2 of the meals which was supposed to include the drinks and one kids meal. I had to go back for a 2nd sandwich because I was trying to take my daughter and grand daughter out to eat before the fireworks so I didn't get to see the fireworks AND it cost me another $4.09 for just another sandwich which if that's the actual price of their "new" sandwich it is NOT worth it.
