Extremely dissatisfied, after i call them tomorrow in hopes they can resolve what they messed up.. I'm never going to be going to this store again. Lauren literally left in the middle of a complicated upgrade process. Leaving a newer employee to take over. Regardless of the fact that I like lauren as a person i think as a professional she's not as great as some reviews make her out to be. She left very little to no instructions and by doing this and running out the door because "it's past 5 o clock" made our experience horrible. There was literally so much going on. And when asked to apply device credits she did not do so even though she was SUPPOSED TO in the beginning before she even transferred everything to this newer girl. Literally everytime i go here i have an issue. It's emotionally and mentally draining. It's safe to say my business in two years for my next upgrade will be conducted somewhere else. I feel bad for the employee that was left with the our mess of upgrades and trade ins and transfers. She did the best she could with what she was given.

Read moreI left after waiting 40+ minutes. I arrived at 2:20 to the “out to lunch” sign that didn’t give me a return time. I asked a gal eating Starbucks near the door if she had any idea when they left. “They were closed when I got here ten minutes ago”. I called to see if maybe the Angels location was more well run. The gal there was VERY nice and told me they get a thirty minute lunch on Sundays. So I opted to wait. At 2:50, after I’d been waiting a half hour, a gal drove up. When I stood up to come in out of the heat, she said, “I have to clock in” and locked the door behind her. So I stood in the parking lot another ten minutes. I was pissed by now but decided to give her a chance. If she said something friendly like, “ Sorry for the wait,” or “come on in,” I’d swallow my frustration. Nope. Just unlocked the door. So I left. The place gets dreadful reviews so maybe I dodged a bullet. I’ll find someone else to...
Read moreI came in yesterday jun 24th around 1pm in hopes to get a new phone. Walked through the doors and not even a hello or a greeting what so ever. I sat down and five minutes later one of the employees asked what I was there for. I told her, she wrote it down and then that was it. A bit later she was able to help me. Apparently only two phones were in stock? Which I don't understand why and all I could pick from was galaxy a12 or galaxy a42. Not happy. I wanted the new Motorola and she said that since I was prepaid I couldn't get it anyways which was a lie cause it says prepaid on the website. While "helping" me she was also on the phone with her mother which is very unprofessional. I can understand on the phone with a customer but your mother?! smdh. Left unhappy and unsatisfied and instead went to the Verizon at Arden fair mall. They greeted me right away and were so helpful. I won't be going back to...
