Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

Why would A Jack in the Box get or need a 5 star review? Well.. family and I were driving home from Sonora on Sunday night kind of late, we had planned on stopping in Angel's Camp to find pretty much everything closed so just figured we'd stop somewhere and grab something, so we pull into drive thru and had the most pleasant greeting ever thru the Box.. my daughter said must be a recording asking us to please wait, nope she comes on and I wish I knew her name but a long long drive became a trip on the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland as the person helping us was OMG funny as can be, super nice and very helpful, she had the entire staff cracking up in store, truly what the world needs.. when we pulled up and waited for order I thanked her being one of the most nicest people ever, she was thankful and as I watched her work the drive thru was just a kick, she talked like a Siri assistant and was just amazing with every order she took the whole time the employees were smiling and laughing, and yes this is still at a Jack in the Box at 10pm on a Sunday night on a Holiday weekend, not enough people in the world like this, I hope the owners of this store see this and know who I am talking about as she...

Well I called at 745 am to see if the store was open they say 9 am ...I get ready go to work for a bit then drive about 15 miles to get a specific item from this location...get there a worker was sitting out side its 857am smoking a cigarette...we pull up drive threw blocked off we ask her are you open today she says yes 9 am we pull off and wait well about 910 drive threw still blocked off we pull up door says lobby closed the girl is behind a picture in window pointing and laughing on her phone...so as I and other customers drive off and over to Carl's to get food witch I didn't really want but didn't want to drive 15 miles for nothing...well get threw the drive threw at Carl's guess what they decided to open ...so I guess calling in advance to see if they were open and they said at 9 I was there and got laughed at and wasted my time ...never again this store will never see money from me again 😒 oh then called to ask why then just looked at us and the girl hung up on me...

Make sure you get your card back before you drive off! I pulled up, the person taking my order instantly had an attitude because I asked for just a moment before my order “ummm ok” she says, then we order, she’s acting like she’s on crack while she gets my card, being very rude and jumpy and just really weird. So she gives me my drinks and bag and I asked if everything was in there she said yes, my mistake for trusting that. We get home and they forgot some of our food, drove back there and got the food they didn’t give us. Come back home and realize hey where is my debit card it’s not in my wallet…. Go and look at my bank account because I can’t find it anywhere and 3 different orders were charged to my card. I had to quickly call and get it canceled cause I didn’t know what was going on. It almost felt like the lady was doing it on purpose.This place is an absolute joke. I will be calling corporate and higher up. Get better staff, because the current...
