Starbucks — Restaurant in California

I've been going to this Starbucks on-and-off frequently the last few years, and staff certainly seems to change. The last time I went into this Starbucks I received my drink, sat down, and looked at the menu behind the register. I locked eyes with a barista momentarily and thought nothing of it. After a few minutes, I was approached by a brunette employee who had a blue streak as a dye on top of the head. This employee asks me to leave the store because I made an employee "feel uncomfortable." At first I thought this was a joke since I only interacted with the cashier. I left and sat outside waiting for a friend to show up, and before we left I was snarled at by two employees as they left the parking lot. This Starbucks treated me like complete garbage, especially for the countless thousands of dollars I've spent at this particular establishment over the years. Awful experience and I believe the store manager or district manager may want to look into hiring new employees, because I'm not treated with kindness or warmth when I enter...

Such a bad experience. I hardly ever go to Starbucks to start but I got a digital gift card as a gift which was a hassle to use and took almost 10min to work out, they didn't put my name on my order so my breakfast sandwich just sat there and my drink would have if I hadn't remembered they didn't take my name and part of my drinks name. There weren't any straws out and there wasn't one set on the counter when they put the drink down, none of the employees made any eye contact with the guests unless the employee had a drink in their hand to give to someone so it took a few minutes to get a straw and then another few minutes to ask about my sandwich. I go to Starbucks almost everyday and I hate to complain but I’m so tired of how poor the wait times are. I ordered my food and my drink from home on my way to work (mind you I live 20 minutes away). Today when I got there my drink wasn’t ready or my food. It said a 10 minute wait time on the app. They got my drink out after about 5 minutes but then another 10 goes by and they finally come up with an empty bag for my food that says “sorry we’re out” that’s understandable but what isn’t it that I stood there for 15 minutes and didn’t get told it was out until I was about to be late for work. I told the barista just to give it to someone else. I love the workers but what a waste of money...
