Walgreens — Local services in Jackson

Normally i have a good experience at this pharmacy. There’s one really country girl that knows what she’s doing and is really nice and good. But I am disappointed tonight. I tried to get my medicine refilled over the phone. They wanted me to wait an hour and a half. So I said I wanted to talk to someone to get it done sooner. I was holding for maybe 10 min and someone picked up. Then hung up on me. I’m hoping it was an accident. Cause that’s very uncalled for no matter how busy you are. So now I have to go out of my way to make an extra trip because I have to wait so long instead of my boyfriend swinging by on his way home. And I’ve wasted 30 min of both mine and the boyfriends time dealing with the stupid auto...

Recently I've been having awful service here. I'll drop my prescription off and return usually after an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have it in stock. So now I ask before dropping it off. I even called Wednesday asking when I could get my medicine filled they told me Friday. So when I dropped it off friday i asked if they had it in they went checked came back and told me yes. Left came back hour later for them to tell me I couldnt get it filled til saturaday. I go to the south jackson location once a month, it’s always a joy to see Sissy! She’s the most pleasant and kind person working there. I was dealing with horrific daily migraines earlier this year and had issues with my insurance covering medications. I was up there a lot. She was so kind and patient.
