Honestly management should consider assuring that stylists should be more patient with clients. I say this because clients don't always know the process. While stylists have the experience and knowledge it doesn't mean that a new client does. Simply explaining the process can assist clients with selection. Mare automatically cancelled without explaining how to get a consultation or offering an effective solution to the process. This is unprofessional behavior. After explaining my user experience I was asked if I had a reference.I proceeded to ask if I needed a reference for an apt because if I did I would need to know where to get one from . And I was therefore called rude because I asked if I needed one. This was a legitimate concern because my apt had been cancelled due to the fact I needed a consultation... I cannot believe the rudeness I just encountered when I just tried to make another appointment with these people. They don't seem to be that busy when I was there but I sent an email requesting a follow up visit because I'm at my laptop all day since I'm a writer and only use the cell phone when I can find which is rarely. I sent the email and a week went by with no response. I found the phone on the floor of the car and texted them. The rude response I got was they were too busy for email ---- even though it's available of the cell phone so he told me he didn't have time for me. The salon is one of a kind! The aura of the shop is unmatched. It is very inviting and personable to each client. I was serviced by Zippy. Zippy is amazing! Her energy and spirit is so welcoming. This was my first time getting my locs retwisted by her, but I can honestly say this was the best loc experience I've ever had!!
