This place food was awful. I oder a Gyro and the meat was so hard. My daughter order a cold sub and she said her food was nasty. This was my first time attending this place. Another problem I didn't know how to enter to order my food. I had to turn around and go back to Main street and turned around and it was still hard to get in that place. I would recommend that you not eat here. Please trust my recommendation and not order from this place you will be very disappointed.

• The response from manager/owner is a lie. Sir I never ask them how to cook my meat you are lying sir. Any place that I have went and order a Gyro they have never asked me how to cook my meat. Sir if you think that you can lie or throw misinformation on what happened at your place of business. So people please stay away because they are not only good cooks they are big...

As a Jacksonville native I feel somewhat responsible to maintain a working knowledge of our longtime local establishments and franchises. After driving past these for so many years, I finally decided to stop by and give it a fair shot. Disappointment!

The 10 wings I ordered were dried, shriveled up and had minimal meat on them. It was closer to jerky than a drumstick. They, as well as the soggy fries I ordered as a side, had a strange fishy taste to them that causing me to discard the rest of my meal after forcing myself to eat just four wings.

I will give credit where credit is due, the Cherry Limeade was delicious and oh so helpful to wash the other flavors out of my mouth.

When the man told me it was $20 even for 10 wings, fries, and a drink, I thought it seemed high, but I was willing to pay that to give it a shot. Boy did I...

The most rude, and nasty employees ever. Specifically a young woman with dreadlocks who said "I don't know what to tell you" when asked her why they wouldn't answer the intercom 5mins before closing. I roll up to the window and they acted as if they didn't hear me speaking on the speaker. All because they were too lazy to take my order. I asked the young lady with her is the company private or corporated and she said she didn't know. How? Why are you working there?they even told us that there wasn't a manager on duty and that the cooks were supervising them. What a joke..really?? Very rude, and unprofessional with very little to no people or customer service skills. My family and I were from out of town on vacation, and we were starving. We decided to drive across town for better service... Word of advice to the owner: be careful...
