I have been going through some things personally and every time I had an appointment I had to cancel. Yes I will give you the courtesy if I can make it. It happened about 3 times. So I text my so called Loctician and told her thank you for your patience the storm is over I would like to book an appointment. She says (Tracie) who’s this? Mind you there’s our entire feed of texts I told her and sent a pic of me. Like it’s been awhile only 2 months. She never responded back. So I texted her on her other phone number and she ignored me there too! I treated her with nothing but kindness and respect and she hurt my feelings bad. I felt as though I was begging. It’s okay cause I found a Loctician 2 days later she took me in and took her time on my hair and fixed a couple of my locs that weren’t in good shape. I didn’t feel rushed or anything, she was attentive and made me feel like I mattered and took pics of my hair. I just started my loc journey almost 2 months ago with two strand twists. I came to Mrs. Tracie as I saw she had high reviews and I was searching for a loctician to do my first retie. The first red flag was being told I couldn’t wash my hair for 3 months. The second red flag was being told that build up is what helps the hair lock. I paid $65 and my hair was not even washed. I now notice my twists unraveling because my hair was palm rolled in the opposite direction of my twists. My hair feels tacky and stiff from these homemade products that were used in my hair.
