Wednesday October 16, 2024 The experience: All I can say is they have clearly already given up and are waiting to close down. Although the food is actually gotten better, (Pizza was delicious and probably my favorite pizza) the service is like you’re walking into someone else’s house, and they are annoyed you’re there. From the moment we walked in when an off-duty employee was going to stamp our hands and was deciding whether or not to let us in, who’s children was running around the entire time, to the point when we went to the register and asked the manager on duty to assist in purchasing playing cards and all she did was complain about how she’s been working all day (completely unprovoked and out of nowhere), to her OWN 2 sick children were running around the entire time we were there (6:30pm to 8pm). Screaming crying, coughing while wearing a blanket, and the toddler destroying the place making a mess rubbing frosting on tables and leaving giant mess all over the carpet everywhere she walked ON HER OWN UNSUPERVISED (I have lots of pictures just ask). As we were paying for drinks and cakes she was handing her kids free ones. Another employees kids were chasing around kids in our paying party complaining that they stole one of their cups and causing a scene which we stepped in and had to stop. The employee finally stopped her kid after we said something and told him leave them alone. No, they didn’t. It seems like every worker there, had their own children there with them, and paid zero attention to any of the customers, even getting attitude when they had to do their job. Unless you enjoy feeling like hanging out at a strangers house as an uninvited guest, I would not recommend this Chuck E. Cheese.

Comparing it to going to chuck e cheese at h end of the pandemic to now it has improved its service and the food is back to good quality. Restaurant was segmented to the left small kids games with adult supervision and to the right bigger games such as skee ball and taller games were had. We went in the beginning of February to celebrate my nephews birthday and we had such a good time, haven't played those games in years ad earned 500 or so points by myself on my card. ONLY complaint I have is it should be cheaper to buy more time on your card so it encourages you to stay longer . ALSO not sure if it was a employee on break or custumer but did not appreciate two people in the womens restroom trying to film tiktoks by the sink .Free refills for the soda were tasty ans pizza was nice and toasted and I'm usually a texture eater so that's saying something NOTE: Chuck e walks around with an employee and plays gamesas took pictures with kids and played games it was so cute

Several of the machines were not working but they don't unplug them. They let you swipe your card to deduct the points and find out the expensive way. Games aren't a dime anymore, so that adds up fast. We didn't order pizza so I can't help you there. My ten year old was the oldest kid in there at 730pm on a Saturday night. Mostly little kids when we were there. I was disappointed that the tables were cluttered with leftover pizza after people had obviously left, when people working were standing around talking for the most part. They seemed fairly uninterested in building the brand of Chuck E Cheese, leaving broken machines lit up to rob paying customers of their credits. I won't be back to this location, even though they had some newer games than the Avenues location.. They all have issues with maintaining the games, but this location stands out in my mind, and not in a good way.

I used to avoid this Chuck E Cheese like the plague even though it was very close to my grandchildrens school and our home. The service here used to be so awful that it made it so you didn't want to come here. Games were inoperable a lot of the time. Etc.

My one grandson is autistic. Chuck E Cheese is his favorite place to play. The other day he wanted to go to the one on Atlantic. Me and his brother are like no, that's the one with the mean people. You mean the one in Orange Park, because that is the one we would frequent even though it was further from school and home.

Well he was bound and determined to go to Atlantic. When we got there we could see this Chuck E Cheese had undergone major renovations. The games were different. The place was cleaner. The staff was so much more friendlier and kinder than in the past. The main reason my grandson wanted to come to this location was they got an Angry Birds game. That's his favorite.

On Tuesdays they have 2 for Tuesday pizza where you get 2 for the price of 1. We ordered our pizza and went on to play. A gentlemen later came to us to inform us they were out of an ingredient and to ask us what we wanted to substitute. We later found out that gentleman was the manager.

Because of the drastic change in the place and service, I asked to speak to the manager to compliment him.

Mr. Christensen is the new manager. He informed us he's been there about 2 years. He has turned this Chuck E Cheese completely around. The staff was amazing. The service excellent. The pizzas were cooked to perfection❣️ They were so yummy 😋 my grandchildren go to Southside Estate Elementary. Mr. Christensen has a wife that teaches there.

It was so nice to be able to go to the Chuck E Cheese right by the school again. Thank you so very much Mr....

My son's birthday was August 5th. I received an email sometime in late July about having a party to go. The email said that you can place your order through door dash, uber eats, or grub hub. You could also call a location. I called the Regency Chuck e. Cheese on July 31st at 2:52pm. An employee answered and said I can place through door dash. I advised her per the email I can call a store. She told me to hold and put a manager on. He told me it was too soon I can call back on Tuesday evening because the order wouldn't stay in the system. I called back Tuesday at 7:01pm and 7:02pm. No one answered. I called back at 7:13pm and an employee said you can go through door dash. She put a manager on the line and he said the same thing. I advised why the email said I can call the store. I placed an order through Grub hub that night to be delivered at 4pm. Everything arrives. All I received was the pizzas, cotton candy and the cake. No plastic ware, cake cutter, plates, tablecloth, or goodie bags. Not even the photo back drop. Very disappointed. I called Chuck e. Cheese at 6:02pm on August 5th and told them what happened. They gave me the goodie bags and two bags of cotton candy. My son turned 6 and I was disappointed to not have received everything at once. I still had to go to the store for missing items. Which I wanted to go in and pick up everything and have the store to place the order. They act like they couldn't. This is the second time I have had an issue with them about my child's birthday. I never have issues at the...
