Gordon Restaurant Market — Local services in Jacksonville

This is a bulk sale store, the same premise as Restaurant Depot, but open and welcoming to non business owners. Overall, the prices seem slightly lower than restaurant depot, give or take a few items. The overall store selection is larger. They have a larger selection of what we would consider party use or small get-together items. Cakes/ ice cream /sauces that are larger than home use but not quite as huge as a restaurants needs. So this is a good place to pick up party food or large get-together items. The best part, and why we personally will be coming here, is the store presentation, its cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. Shopping at the Restaurant Depot is a hassle at its best and near life threatening at its worse. The employees treat you poorly, most of the store is blocked off by forklifts, the aisles are a mess, the parking lot is a mess, and those same forklifts will gladly run you over for having the gall to shop at their store. Gordon Restaurant Market is the complete opposite. Wide open isles, well stocked and labeled shelves, and no forklifts speeding down the aisles horns blaring. I went to the store to buy some chicken wings and nubs I took them at their word that they were what they said, upon returning home I found out they were not as advertised or as told to me over the phone should I call the manager informed him of the mix up . He agreed if it was misadvertising ,fraud, bait and switch, but he doesn't care so don't shop here go to Walmart or Winn-Dixie order Publix you may spend $0.50 more do a favor and never shop here they'll be out of business in 6 months I...

Me and my mom and sister were here yesterday and I overheard the older cashier ask the other cashier (the one that checked us out) if we paid and I told her yes we paid and she could've just asked me instead of whispering. She didn't believe me OR the cashier so she had the manager literally chase us outside asking if we were just getting a basket. I said AGAIN... We paid already. Never...
