Really no stars. Terrible service. First asked to add bacon to the spinach wrap. She says I can't it's already made we just microwave it. š¤¦š¾āāļø like McDonald's across the street & they cook . Why pay Starbucks price. But even though the site says oven warm. Present the product and company better. A better response saying this is starbucks would have been, I apologize but they are already prepared I can't adjust any changes. Then I ask for condiments. First they guy had to ask the rude female. Like how you not already know the answer. Then he says no handed me my sandwich. No bag no napkins. Just handed to me like the pictures. Like starbucks suppose me top notch. But giving poor service. Guess only in duval. I'm so Glad we're I'm from. The give top quality service. Including address by the name. Because I clearly order by app. Started my birthday off at the wrong place & location. No top of covid procedure. No mask either of them. & look how my food was handed out the window. Just all open. Unpresentable . The company has some high standards for their employees and it shows. Even this one I never had a bad experience until today. I ordered a grande white mocha. I literally order it every time I go the same exact way. As I ordered from Lauren and began to pull around the drive thru I noticed she rang me up for a Venti. Which I NEVER order. So I just politely said I asked for a grande. Now a normal well mannered Starbucks employee would apologize for the mistake and correct it. She actually said no you didnt you said Venti. Which would make no sense considering I NEVER order one. And lets say I did make that mistake, you dont tell the customer their wrong. Then she rolled her eyes and huffed like a 5 year old. When she gave me my coffee there was no sleeve so I practically burnt my hand while taking it from her. I had to use a receipt i had in my car to hold the cup while I walked into the hospital. She didnt even give me any napkins. Low bar employee for Starbucks....

As I waited, I overheard the male barista being asked if he had made what turned out to be my order or if he would make it. He had not made my beverage and decided he would not make it. He was standing by the window drinking a cup of water. No other customers were in the store or at the drive thru during this time. The barista that took my order made the order of the females that purchased after me. As they received their order and i'm still standing there waiting, Maggie decided she'd make my beverage. She made it better than any previous barista's and it changed my entire opinion of the store. Customer service is the heart of your business. When employees poorly represent the business everyone loses. Maggie is the reason I would ever shop at this location again. She deserves a pay raise, praise and to be the shining example of an...
