I contacted the phone number to discuss financing and picking a couch. I got a quick response with the information I was looking for. Picked my couch online, he asked me to come in the next day to make sure I really wanted that one, which I am glad he did because I didn’t like the one I picked online and ended up picking a different sectional! The lady at the building was absolutely wonder and completely honest with answers and helping me pick out which one I wanted! The delivery guy came in while I was there and we were able to set up delivery for same day! When filling out paperwork the lady answered all my questions and explained everything! Again she was amazing! The delivery guy got the couch here in great timing and got it in quickly! The original guy I had been messaging reached out to make sure everything went well and I was happy! The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is delivery was a little more than I expected per texting conversation (I wasn’t quoted a hard number more like a ballpark price so I wasn’t upset, just something taken into consideration) and my husband had to help move the couch in. Again this wasn’t a problem for us, but had I been alone or older and I didn’t have help I am not sure what would have been done. It wasn’t made clear at any point help would be needed to move the couch in. It wasn’t a problem for us because my husband was home and able to help, but it may be a good idea to clarify this with the buyer so arrangements can be made if someone cannot help move it in with the amazing delivery guy! I didn’t want to post this review, but it has come to the point that I need to share my experience here. I was very excited to get a new to us sectional. Picked out a nice looking one and made arrangements to pick it up. We loaded it and brought it home. By the time we got it home and got the first portion inside we noticed it had bed bugs. We quickly got it back outside and instantly started cleaning and treating the area to make sure we didn’t get any in the house. We called them and asked them to come and get it. We were very nice about while still being totally grossed out. They were here to pick it up within an hour and refunded us the down payment. We pleased with the service up to that point and chalked the experience up to the fact that maybe they didn’t honestly know about the bed bugs. So case closed and no harm done according to us, or so we thought. Low and behold I check my account a few days ago to see a charge for the monthly payment on the sectional we don’t own. At this point my husband and I were very upset as this should never have happened. A refund was issued, but I’m still waiting for it to hit my account. Please use caution and your best judgement when buying used furniture. Learn the signs to check for bed bugs before you bring a piece home. Thankful we caught it early enough not to have a problem in our home.

Added 10/9/18. Refund was issued on 9/30/18 and as of today has still not hit my account....

Moved to very sketchy neighborhood. Walked into "new place" and the ceiling is leakinging and has holes. Cobwebs, water spots, mold, rips, tears, rubbed bad leather spots, broken legs, you name it. Talked to an employee the night before and assured me the piece was there. Made an "appointment" and the other "lady" was not coordinating and wanted me to come back in an hour. Walked in and there are tubs of water from the leaking ceiling onto the furniture and when trying to remove it spills all over piled furniture. The one employee they have working says, "Oh, I'll get it later". If you know Jacksonville, NC, its very humid and can see where the mold comes from. This is not a locally owned establishment, as the employee says, "The owner lives in New York". This company does not keep track of its inventory. Hence why, "it probably hasn't updated in the system, yet". Be for warned, please do NOT bring you children around this establishment because it is surrounded by bars and strip clubs and the fact you have to set up an appointment, proves the shady business that it has. Company motto should be, "Overly priced, broken/Frankenstein'd furniture, side of mold, from seized storage units and Marines needing money for pcs or eas, febreezed for smell and...
