I want to begin with stating that I have NEVER posted a review on any place that I have ever been to. I have never been so irate that I felt the need to share with others my experience.
Tonight, however, has been absolutely terrible. I will break it down as simply as I can.
At 6:47pm EST my significant other and I called in to place an order consisting of: 1 QT Beef and Broccoli 1 QT Beef LoMein 2 Liters of Dr. Pepper We gave them our card information, address, and phone number. Before I could ask for the amount of time it would take to make a delivery I was hung up on. Mind you we live in Richlands so we expected about 45-50 mins overall.
At 7:55pm EST I called again, concerned that something went wrong. I was put on hold several times before I was able to speak with the person managing the phones. When I did, she stated that the driver was on the way and proceeded to hang up on me.
At 8:34pm EST I checked in again as I wanted to know whether the driver was truly on the way and what was happening. I was asked to restate my address, and she repeated it to me, seemed to become confused, and then gave me a different address. I reiterated my address just to make sure we were on the same page. I received a rude response stating that they would be there shortly, and once again was hung up on.
At 8:38pm EST I called back again to make sure the address was correct. She confirmed and proceeded to hang up.
At 9:19pm EST I let my significant other call and speak to her. Whilst on speaker, we waited as she took him on and off of hold. Finally, she was able to speak to him and he proceeded to ask her what was going on. She told him that the driver had not left and that they would be leaving to deliver in a moment. My significant other was quite upset at this point and asked what had taken so long and what was going on. She responded rudely that he could cancel and that she would cancel it for him, then she continuously repeated “well do you want your food?”. He responded that he still wanted the food, he just didn’t understand why it took almost 3 hours for it to arrive. She said the delivery driver would be there in 15 mins and hung up.
At 9:50pm EST I called once again. At this point I am furious, but keeping as calm as possible (losing one’s temper never solves anything). I asked what was happening with the food, and that it had been over 3 hours. She responded by telling me that she told my significant other that the driver couldn’t go out and that she had told him to cancel instead. I let her know that she had been on speaker and that I had heard her earlier. She told me she would see what she could do. When she returned to the phone, she stated that the driver would be able to come out and that he had 10 other deliveries, but he would come to us first. I thanked her and got off the phone.
10:10pm EST I receive a call from the delivery driver. He was calling asking If we were in Richlands, and when I responded “yes” he seemed to become frustrated. He continued to ask if we still wanted to wait, and I told him that it had been over 3 hours and that if we had waited that long we would still wait for the food (I assume none of this is his fault, so I treated him no differently than I would another person). I asked how long it would take and he said 30 mins, although he seemed frustrated with having to come out to our area.
We are still waiting for the food we paid for, and at this point I’m assuming it is 3 hour cold food. I am extremely frustrated, and I have never been this frustrated with a restaurant in my life. If they didn’t want to deliver out to our area, that would have been fine and we could have ordered elsewhere. The extremely blatant rudeness and terrible customer service that we have encountered here is something I have never been put through at any other take out, eat in, order out facility. I’ve worked in the industry before, so I understand how tough it can be, but I would never EVER treat a customer like this (even those that have belittled me) especially if they had been...

THE ENTIRE 24 DOLLAR ORDER WENT INTO THE TRASH REPULSIVE. I THEN CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE "MANAGER/OWNER" AND HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE. AFTER EXPLAINING THE ISSUES HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO LAUGH AT ME AND SAY "HE HAD BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR 13 YRS AND WAS FROM NEW YORK AND HAD PLENTY BUSINESS AND ALL HE COULD OFFER WAS JUST TELLING ME TO RETURN THE FOOD AND HE WOULD CREDIT ME ON MY NEXT ORDER,WHATTTTTT ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE HORRIFIC TASTING FOOD I JUST RECEIVED AND CARELESS, ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreThe order was placed through beyond menu , everything about this order was wrong. The food was wrong. It took two hours to get the food. When the food finally arrived it had been smashed and tipped over sauces leaked all over everything even the dessert cookies , the food was cold . the driver says that’s how she picked it up I called beyond, on two different I called beyond , throughout the two hour ordeal and explain to them I had somewhere to be and I would like a refund, On the first contact they said the order had been picked up 10 minutes prior to that call , I waited another 40 minutes and made another phone call to beyond , still no arrival still no refund on the second phone call they did everything they could to try to tell me that they couldn’t refund they just wanted to get a hold of the restaurant and see what was going on well that’s when the girl pulled in almost two hours later with my food .
