Bonsai — Restaurant in North Carolina

If I could rate this a zero star I would. I placed an order at 12:00 PM today because we got a flyer in mail of this new restaurant. Well, we waited for about an hour and 10 mins and I called to see where our order was. The manager said the driver was on the way. 20 mins later still no delivery. I call back again and the manager says he will have the delivery carrier to call me. 10 mins later I get a call and it's the delivery guy saying his phone died and that he needed directions. I explained the best way I knew how for him to get to my home. He asks about a road he was near which I didnt recognize. And asks if I love near new river which is basically down road so.i said yes. He hangs up phone on me. Then calls back 10 mins later yelling at me. Saying I don't live near new river and that its basically my fault the food hasn't been delivered almost 2 hrs later. I asked him why he was yelling at me and the best thing he could do was take that food back and I would be contacting the manager. He then says that he was the manager. I hung up and called the restaurant and asked for the manager and told him about his driver. And I also to him I expected my money to refunded back to my card asap. The manager didnt even care that his driver just yelled at a customer and was rude as hell. I highly suggest not wasting your time on this place. My husband and I decided to try this place out based on the menu that was mailed to us stating they deliver to our address. I was excited to add a delivery food option other than pizza for lazy dinner nights. Needless to say this is the first and last time ordering from them. Delivery took an hour. Which okay, it's Friday night. No big deal. When we opened our boxes, we were immediately disappointed. The portions were extremely small for the price. We paid $38 plus a tip for what's pictured. It goes without saying that when ordering from this style of restaurant you expect to have left overs from one meal.. or at least a stuff yourself so full you need to unbutton your pants type of meal. Not the case here. The steak/chicken combo box was my husband's, which cost MORE than my just chicken box, and his very obviously had LESS meat than mine did. At least it tasted good. What topped it off though was when my husband bit into his Philidelpia Roll the cream cheese was SOUR. Not to mention my California Roll only had 6 pieces while his roll had 8. Why? I have no idea. The menu didn't explain this. So we finished our meal, and my husband was still hungry. So he's currently topping off with a bowl of fruity pebbles. Waste of money. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered 4 little things took way over an hour and a half to be delivered. The women drove down and turned around and stopped in front of our house. Then drove to the next house we flashed our lights to indicate that we were the house she was looking for. Then proceeded to drive away I called and let them know that she past our place and they then said I'll call her to turn around. Theres turn around spots all down our road still took 15min for her to turn around. So called to let them know we didn't want cold food from a place 3miles down the road as she pulled back up her boss was calling to let her know and she threw her phone to her boyfriend or whoever the man was in the passenger seat and said I'm not dealing with him so I told her I had cancelled and she just didn't seem to care that the food was going to be cold even though it's only a 6min drive to our house there should be no reason for it to be cold. But this is definitely not the first time we have gotten cold food from them so I'm not eating here or getting...
