Edit in response. In the two days you had to respond to the clarification texts, sent to a number received from a website, and at a reasonable hour the second time, you could have avoided this review, but attitudes show. Your "waitlist" on your website does not give hours.

Unfortunately, I did not make it into a chair. With all these great reviews I expected at least a timely response to text messages and a kinder response to me in person. Instead I was left in limbo all day Friday when I could have been looking elsewhere. Response to waitlist late Thursday night was quick. I was offered appt on Saturday morning. However, when I tried to confirm twice, I got no response. So I show up at appt time, was told not available, two other hairdressers in building, and not one offered an option. Not even for another day. I guess I don't fit...

I am not from Jax, but am up here for the month, as my Mom fell and broke her hip Xmas eve. I desperately needed a hair cut and found Kristi through google reviews. Having hairdresser anxiety and having cut my own hair for many years due to this, I brought her a mess and wasn't sure if she'd even be able to do what I wanted; well, let me tell you, I left there one happy gal. She did EXACTLY what I asked for, effortlessly. She gave me long, feathered layers with curtain bangs and didn't even sacrifice any length. I am still floating on air. I am a customer for life and will be making appts as I come to visit my Mom. Thank you, Kristi, for giving me faith in hair...

Got my hair styled by Kristi today! I have been in such a depression. I asked for a short cut above the shoulders and showed her a photo and she just did such an amazing job! Such a sweet and talented lady! I'm rarely happy with my haircuts, today I am so happy and my mood is lifted. She spent a good amount of time on my hair, wash, blow dry and styled and charged $35, but I was expecting a lot more and would have gladly paid. I would show a photo, but I have colored my own hair with a cheap box color and I don't want anyone to think this stylist had anything to do with that but I plan on coming back very soon and get my hair colored by her!
