There were 2 ladies, 1 older and the other probably in her 40s that used to work on Monday evenings when I got a sandwich. They were great and clearly worked together. Since they don't work on Monday evenings the quality of the service and the way the sandwiches are "thown" together has made me quit going to Subway all together as of this Monday. The ladies that used to work on Monday nights kept the service area clean, neat and the food bins well stocked and closed until customers came in. It's obvious that the present crew could care less. The counters are filthy with food and sauces all over. The floor behind the counter is cluttered with paper wrappings and food. The place is less than appetizing!! With food bins poorly stocked, tomatoes that now are obviously Roma tomatoes because they are cheaper per pound and are poorly cut. As I said, sandwiches are thrown together. Last Monday most of the toppings on my sandwich fell out in the paper and the guy kept wrapping it that way. I stopped him and he crammed it back in. . . not real appetizing to say the least!! So, for what it's worth, your business will depend on getting people who know what they are doing when making a sandwich and care about the quality of their service and product! Read morePlaced an order for pickup on the app - an order for 3-4 dozen of cookies. Mobile app provided an estimated pickup time and also an order tracker to show the status of the order. The order tracker includes the statuses of Received, Building and Ready. The status of the order reflected as ready so I headed to the store to pickup the order. When I walked in, the employees acted as if I was too early and even made the comment of “a heads up on an order of this size would’ve been great” and shared that it would be another 15 minutes for the chocolate chip cookies. I explained that the status on the app reflected as ready which is why I came in. I even tipped on the order which I regret doing at this point. Lesson learned, do not rely on the accuracy of your order on the mobile app. I will be going to a different location moving forward due to the level of customer service provided when I asked about my order that was supposed to be ready. Read moreI had 2 sandwiches made at Subway 9100 Merrill Rd Jacksonville Fl 32225 a cold cut & a meat ball sandwich when he rang my sandwiches up the total came to 24.58 when I questioned him he said that was correct . I told him 2 $5.79 sandwiches does not equal 24.58 he then started messing with the register you could tell he was not happy at this point . he fixed it and new total was 12.39 which I paid he then yanked the receipt out of the register and flipped it towards me with an attitude before walking off without even saying thank you or saying he was sorry he rang it up wrong. At this point I called for some one to come back out to the front and told manager what had happened and that I wanted my money back which she did but again no apology for his actions just that it probably hadn't happen the way it seemed . I as a customer will not be treated that way by employees of a business that I am going to spend my hard earned money in. Theses 2 individuals need some customer service training...
