I pass 3 other Chinese takeout/delivery restaurants just to come to New China Spring because they are my fav. I included some pictures to show the amount of food they give, you can't really eat it all in one night and it's still SOOO GOOD the next day. I order the beef and broccoli lo mein- the carrots are thick and crispy, as well as the broccoli, they taste so fresh and not soggy & limp, full of MSG. Oh and the noodles too, I'm not a fan of overcooked soggy noodles drowned in sauce with a strong MSG taste, these noodles are more... I don't know how other to say than 'al dente' (more hard instead of soggy & overcooked) the beef strips are thick and you can actually taste the meat, unlike the paper thin slivers you get at other places. My bf really enjoyed his meal too & he is a Sous Chef so he's kinda critical of poorly cooked food. He really enjoyed all of his meals we've ordered from here (if you knew him you would understand that's pretty impressive ๐) Lastly the egg rolls and fortune cookies- the egg rolls are crispy and packed with veggies full of flavor, and the fortune cookies are fresh, you actually want to eat them. New China Spring is my favorite Chinese restaurant & I would definitely recommend trying them out if you're looking for some excellent...
ย ย ย Read moreWe have ordered with this company many many times. Tonight my boyfriend placed the order at 6:40pm and we expected a longer delivery time due to it being Valentine's Day. However, he called at 8:02pm only to find out the order hadn't even been made and they were going to work on it and have it sent to us. Come 9pm I decided to call only to find out the delivery person was getting ready to leave. I asked him to credit the order as it had been 2hrs and my daughter hadn't even ate dinner yet. He proceeded to tell me I had 2 options....get a refund and cancel the food or wait for it. I told him in my line of business if we made a mistake on our end we would make it right for our customer. He wouldn't change what he originally told me and asked me why I was mad and "yelling at him". I told him I wanted to speak with a manager or someone who would make this right since we order from them all the time. He then said no one spoke English. Once I told him to cancel and refund our order and that we would NEVER order from them again he hung up in my face. Nice business etiquette and I hope you sleep well at night knowing this is how you handle situations like...
ย ย ย Read moreI once gave them 5;stars and excellent feedback but as of late, something has been wrong with all my orders. 08/20/ was the last straw for me. The customer service now is horrible!! They hang up on you and are impatient. The manager told me I was talking to much to her, they have started charging a dollar per mile for delivery over 3 and the food used to be very fresh, cooked and seasoned properly. I have received raw broccoli and my list could go on. I was told who they don't give you your original receipts anymore and arguing with as customer is a no no. I've been ordering from the for a 1.5years and now their under new mgmt?? Take my advice, find a different place and save this...
