It's been awhile since my family and I have had Burger King. The gentleman taking the order was very slow and kept getting things wrong but polite. After ordering and paying, I checked our food and we were missing the large onion rings and sauce for the nuggets. My oldest son noticed the fries were cold and they barely filled the small container up. We proceed to go inside and just get our onions, sauce, and fresh fries. Immediately I noticed the look of the manager on duty was like what now! Her greeting was not pleasant and when I showed her the fries and told her about the onion rings, she told the young man in drive through it's always something with these customers. I said excuse me, I would just like to recieve the items I paid for to be edible and fresh. She then said to him in a condescending tone did I not tell you she had onion rings before I walked away. At that moment another customer walked in and she proceed to help. The lady asked for fresh fries and a fresh whopper patty again with the attitude and non customer friendly tone; our food is always fresh but I'll let him know. I asked for my receipt and she told us it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get because she is busy with other customers. It was around 8:30pm and two cars in drive thru plus the guest in the lobby with us. Working in hospitality & food industry for 15 years it's not about the mistakes because that happen it's about how the employee approaches the situation with customer engagement and interaction. Read moreThe cashier was rude and distasteful unprompted... Immediately was rude to us, after saying to her fellow employee who was the cook that she's in too much pain she's in no rush. So as we're waiting for them to take our order the cook in the back takes our order bc she's not doing anything. Then a couple minutes later she asks for our order? We say what out of confusion bc we just gave the guy in the back our order but she immediately rudely says "What is your order" with a nasty tone. And goes on a spiel about you act like you didn't wanna tell me your order and you obviously can't be rung up from back there. She continues her attitude while we're ordering talking to us like we're stupid and we tell her she needs to quit the attitude because it was truly excessive. Then she says well I'm in too much pain and I don't have an attitude and you can't be telling me I have an attitude and you're going to get your food and enjoy it. Then while we fill up our drinks she continues behind the counter going on I don't have time to deal with no slick customers and I'm in too much pain to be dealing with all this. I understand you're in pain, but I didn't cause your pain or treat you with any disrespect but you immediately showed your disrespect and attitude unprompted. Read moreI am a DOOR DASHER. I had an order to pick up for a customer. The tall slim African American gentleman was messing up the orders...running around barking orders..not accomplishing anything My customers order was on the screen and he asked me at least five times what she ordered and wanted to take my phone and look at it...Nope! I was waiting for over 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all. But nobody seen to get their food on time. They had two parked cars for food and didn't know what food they were supposed to get. They gave my order away that somebody else. There were a couple other people waiting because once when you order onion rings and they can eat their french fries and they would not waiting on her again and she's funny just left and took her fries. They couldn't give ones gentleman his four Whopper Juniors. So all in all $2.10 for that hour. And I'm sure that The customer's order was made wrong because he gave me $0.10 tip. I will never ever never go to that Burger King again and I will just take the hit when I refuse to pick up an order from there. Someone needs to tell that young gentleman that he has very poor customer service and he does not know how to talk to people. That includes customers and employees.
