Saigon Sam's Military Surplus — Local services in Jacksonville

Back in 1983 I walked into Saigon Sam’s as a PFC in the Marine Corps. I bought my first coffee mug from them and I’ve had this mug till 2024. smug was 41 years old and my wife took it out of the covered and busted it. I was so upset can I even phantom she said she would replace it. I said you missed the point that was a time of place on my life and an era for myself that can never be replaced. I ordered a new mug not the one that I used to have because they no longer carry that one and got myself some Beirut stickers. Went for the first time, and it was on Black Friday. I was excited to go, because I've always liked the type of stuff that is sold at Military Surplus's. I had the item I wanted to buy, and went to the counter to pay. I noticed that my wallet had fell out of my jacket in my car when I had gotten out. I mentioned that I had to grab my wallet, because it was in my car. The older lady working said" who comes in a store to buy stuff, and doesn't have their wallet""anyways made me feel dumb in front of the customers behind me, horrible...

EDIT: this edit is in response to saigon sams response. Im well aware it is military issue and what that is/means. The vests i saw online were this EXACT vest NEW or used. NOT reproductions, after market, or anything. Straight up military issue for over 50 percent less. Nice try though.
