One star ONLY because of the selection of snacks. The place smells awful. Once you walk back to the refrigerated section, you understand why. There was a open box filled with what looked like liver. Raw, of course, and soaking in its own blood. Oh and the tongs for grabbing one was having a blood bath as well. This was not even a refrigerated box. Then on the other side was another box. Filled with raw, whole fish. Again, bathing in their own blood in an unrefrigerated box. Open to whomever might walk by and touch, sneeze, cough or whatever else into the box. SO GROSS. NEVER again. There are several other great Asian stores. I wouldn't even buy veggies in there for fear of cross contamination. Ingredients for our pho will definitely come from a different store. First and...

This is such an unbelievable experience. My first time last night to shop here and when I unbagged my groceries at my house, 3 items are missing. I called and although the lady who answered the phone said she will reimburse whatever I was missing, I live like 25 miles inconveniently away and I needed those items today. The cashier was the one who bagged the items and God knows what she's done with it. The place is so congested and very disorganized. It's like looking for a needle in the haystack. The prices also are so high n the place is filthy and most items are not fresh especially the seafood and meat sections. .I may have to call DOH sanitary inspection to report. I...

The sisters who run this place are incredibly inconsiderate and rude. The have no respect or regard for the people who actually spend money at their business.

Their produce is never fresh, and they keep it sitting on the floors (which look like they haven't been mopped in ages). It is simply disgusting inside! The places smells disgusting as well. Almost all of their frozen items have frost burn. This is hands down the worst asian market in Jacksonville.
