Hot Wok — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I placed my online order @ 6:26 p.m. order was suppose to arrive by 7:12 p.m. I called the restaurant 7:23 to report my order had not arrived; I asked person who answered to call the driver and see where was. I assumed driver maybe lost and if so restaurant would call me back; however, that did not happen. At 7:57 p.m. I called restaurant told person who answered phone the driver had not yet arrived with my food purchase and informed him to cancel my order due to no show of the driver. Restaurant was very rude; No apology was given, no offer to remedy the situation, the driver was not contacted to find out where driver was or inquire if driver was lost and if driver was not lost why food order had not been delivered. This is not what the restaurant did; I was told I would not be allowed to place online orders with them anymore. I have placed online orders with them for more than 2 years and this is how I was treated. How is that for good customer service? I would have given them a zero but there is no zero available. I NEVER write reviews. First and LAST time ever ordering from this s* a** place. Food was old. Dried out and definitely would've given anyone food poisoning. Not to mention staff was rude and food was hella late. I ordered delivery, it took more than an hour to receive, when I called the first time to inquire about order man was rude as hell, disrespectful and CLEARLY did not give a f***. When the food finally arrived I opened and found my food was old and inedible when I called to get my money back stating I could not eat it I was told I could not get my money back unless I drove the food up there. I was also told to hurry up because they close at 10 when it was already 958. Refused to do anything for me and would not refund my money. The guy whomever he was, was a straight up a* who obviously doesn't give a s* about customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. AT ALL.
