Well I will start with four years ago I bought a used Hoyt bow of line nice bow shot it for a couple years unfortunately never got a chance to shoot at anything. Last September I brought it to pelletiers sport shop told the guy I know nothing about bows. But want a new string and a dozen arrows. Two weeks later I got my bow back with a dozen arrows was a bit pricey but thought I would have a professionally toned bow so if the opportunity was to seize I would have the best chance. It did not. So this year I started to practice early with a 3-d corse my bud built. So I went back to pelletiers to buy another dozen arrows and some elemonocks spent another few hundred bucks. Two weeks later while practicing my bow made a bad sound and the arrow landed in front of me the string was done 11 months after I had it replaced. I was shocked but brought it back to pelletiers figured surly it was nothing I did literally the string had a month of use it spent the last 10 months in the case. Forward a couple weeks the tech calls and tells me my bow is all set but the nocks I purchased and the second dozen arrows were not right how could this be they set me up I was pro grade guess not I was charged another $170.00 bucks for a new string and told he did not sell me the equipment š¤ no but pelletiers did now I have 16 arrows that are junk and knocks that are junk. Owner would not even look at me as he took my card I informed him it was the las $$ he will ever get from me. I plan on buying another bow next year it will be a Hoyt but I will never step foot in there store again. So disappointed in this hose situation I am...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm new to archery and decided to go to Pelletier's to check out some different bows. I met Jesse and he was very eager to help me out. He let me shoot at least a dozen different bows to see how they felt and gave me pros and cons of each. I ended up going back the next day after narrowing it down to 3 and he let me shoot them back to back to back. When I decided on the bow I wanted he not only took a ton of time setting it up and adjusting it but also had me sight it in as well. He spent over 3 hours total with me and never pressured me to buy anything. This was hands-down one of the best buying experiences I've had and top notch customer service. So glad I found this place and I will be returning often for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was looking for my first compound bow and was deciding where to go between Pelletiers and Cabelas. I am glad I chose Pelletiers! I am new to the sport and needed some guidance. The staff there spent over an hour with me getting me setup, testing out bows and provided a great education on how to get started. They were great choosing options that fit my price range and helped steer me to a good bow that fit my budget and was good quality. Really happy I ended up here and canāt say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommend if you are like me, looking to buy your first bow and need some guidance on...
