The last 3 times I ordered takeout dinner special, I changed 2 of the appetizers to egg roll for about $2 more for each appetizer. I live right next to the place . I came home and cut the food up and mixed it all together because that’s how I like to eat Chinese food. I could smell something was foul smelling so I threw both dinners away that cost me $60. A few days later (thinking that was just a one time event) I ordered some dinner again and that night after eating it I got very sick and also the next day but I wasn’t sure why until the 3rd time I got food there. I got 2 more dinner specials and made a small dish of food for me and my roommate and when he cut his egg rolls into pieces he could smell a foul odor and he said that the egg rolls had turned bad and I smelled the same bad odor in my food do we called the restaurant up and told them that our food smelled bad and this was the 3rd time in 2?weeks that this had happened to us when buying their food. So they said that this so my étimos happens when the food sits out all day that it will start to turn bad CD and that they would have the manager call us back. So while waiting for the call back, we we’re thinking that this has happened 3 times on s row to us, so how long do they keep the spoiled food for and why would they sell it to us and make us sick? Surely they had to smell how bad it was when heating up the dish and putting it in the dinner trays? The manager called back and we explained that this has happened 3 times to us and this time we still have all the food so we can walk over there in a few minutes with it if they wanted it back or they didn’t believe us that it was spoiled food. The manager didn’t want to take the food back and make us fresh unspoiled food and they refused to give us our money back for the 2 dinners that night, instead they said the next time we order food there they would give us 2 extra egg rolls??? What??? Why would I spend another $50 after losing $150. and buy more spoiled food to get 2 extra spoiled egg rolls??? I just couldn’t believe that this is how they do business. I felt that someone should call the Board of Health and report this place because they leave good sitting out all day and who knows how many days it sits there for? This food smelled so bad that you could tell that it wasn’t “just” turning bad, I believe that after it sits out all day it goes into the refrigerator and sits out all day again until they sell it. I didn’t call to report them. I just won’t go back...
Read moreThis was my first trip to this restaurant. I might give them another chance . I ordered a pupu platter for 2 and a small rice . The pork fried rice was good . The boneless spare ribs were leftover from the day before or the day before that . They were very hard and dried out . Which I ended up throwing them in the garbage. Chicken fingers were cooked in oil that should of been changed days ago . Same for the egg rolls. You can taste old used oil throughout the entire pupu platter . . I asked twice to make sure there was hot mustard with the order . I even asked again when the order was bought out . I ended up with one TINY thing of hot mustard . So for over $30.00 this meal really sucked . Worse Chinese food I've eaten in NH since moving here 10 years ago . I lived in the lakes region which had better food . If you can avoid coming here do so ! Save your money . Utube has many videos with great Chinese dishes . CHANGE YOUR DAM OIL !! PS. After reading some of the reviews am now convinced that people in New Hampshire have NO TASTE BUDS !! I also wanted to say that they are very rude there . I WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE . THE FOOD...
Read moreWatch your check people!!! Very negative experience tonight. Went there with my daughter and boyfriend. Bill came and they included an 18% gratuity charge to our bill!!!! When questioning the owner she replied, we don’t think your going to tip well!!! We have never been to any restaurant and not tipped appropriately. This is absurd not to mention the gratuity charge was in tiny fine print and the “grand total” on the check was very large and clear to read and we received the slip to sign with a tip line as well. No where is it posted that if you “don’t feel we are going to tip well” do you add on an 18% gratuity charge!!! Not to mention after sitting for 20 minutes did we have to ask that someone please take our order?? No checking back to see if our food was ok or if we needed drinks refilled. Unbelievable!!! Will be reporting this to the BBB because there is no signage in this establishment reserving you the right to add in tiny print a gratuity charge because you didn’t think we would tip well!!?? What is that? Great way to practice business. Completely unimpressed...
