You will not find a better Jeweler in the Tampa Bay Area!!! I was in the mall waiting to get a new phone for my husbend and we had an hour to kill. We walked around and went into Zales and then into Crown Diamond. We have been searching for a new setting that I saw in a picture and I feel it’s impossible to find. I showed Pat what I was looking for as she showed me a similar setting I liked it but I was not in love with it. She said come over here to the other side. She showed me another setting and I loved it! It was way better then my picture! I inquired about the price and I took a card. I dreamt about that setting for days. I went back to look at the setting again. Asked some questions and Norman had said if you have any old jewelry or scrap stuff bring it in I’ll give you top dollar and I left again I was determined to make sure that was the one. I went home and grabbed some of my old broken ugly silver and gold and brought it back later that week. Norman gave me a price on all my scrap wrote it down and I left again. That next weekend I went to my Aunts Jeweler whom she claims is the best to get a price on my junk jewelry and I was disgusted with the price they gave me! They also didn’t have any settings I liked. I went to Gold and Diamond Source inquired about a couple settings which had HALF of the Diamonds and they wanted TRIPLE the amount of money for that setting!!! I went to my moms Jeweler whom was only going to give me a third of the amount for my scrap jewelry. After all that I knew that this was the Best Jeweler Around! I went and got my setting I called ahead it was sized and ready to set my diamond. The jeweler set my diamond in front of me on the spot no waiting weeks for them to do this! They are Honest and he really does give you the best Price around and top dollar of you have any old Jewelry! I will be back and they know that!! I have some more pieces to buy! We are always greeted with kindness, warm conversation and without pressure to purchase ( don't you just hate when you walk into a jewelry store and they swarm you). A year ago my husband brought my 5 generations wedding band in to be repaired. It needed 12 prongs repaired and the gold band was cracked. I had just inherited it and was excited to be getting it fixed. As we waited to be quoted on all the damage and how much it would cost to prepare, we chit chatted with the employees. I had just had chemo that morning and wasn't feeling my best but everyone was super nice. We got our quote and decided to do the repairs. We were shocked at how inexpensive the repairs were with the amount of work that was needed. And to my surprise my husband paired my 5 generations wedding band with a brand new engagement ring that fit with it perfectly. Fast forward a year and I had snagged my ring on an article of clothing and noticed a prong had risen slightly higher. So we decided to take it in to see about getting it repaired. The young lady at the front took the ring back to speak with the jeweler. She came out and chit chatted with me and showed me a few pieces I liked. And in less than 10 mins my ring had been fixed and cleaned. I thought we were waiting on the cost to fix the prong. So a little nervous I asked how much do we owe and they told us absolutely nothing because we have a lifetime warranty for having it repaired there and the engagement ring is also covered. The shop is always super clean, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they always have beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices (plus they have layaway). And look how my 5 generations wedding band...

I was elated with the service, quality and price I was paid for a bunch of gold I had in my jewelry box that I just just didn't wear, or even want. It was a collection over the years of very high end jewelry. There were a few pieces I was paid for their resell value as they included diamonds. The rest would end up probably melted down. I'll tell you I shopped around a bit to sell the jewelry but was never motivated. I stopped at 2 place one day on Ulmerton Rd and was simply embarrassed for the owners for what they offered. I wend on my way. A few months later I remembered I had the jewelry in my car and decoded to take it in with me when I went into the Gulf View Sq Mall in Port Richey. I was greeted by the charming MiMi and my jewelry was analyzed by Store manager and his expert. They offered me a least 3-4 times what the other stores offered. Norman was kind and respectful and very fair. I asked if he would look at my gold Rolex as the date was not setting. He gave it a though exam and told me what it needed. I thought I have a couple nice watches so I asked if he would consider buying the Rolex I was wearing. Could not believe what he offered I didn't even haggle price. These folks are amazing. Buy from them, sell to them and you will walk away the happy one!...
