I placed a drive tru mobile order and when I got to the speaker they explained to me that they have no lids, no coke, no Dr Pepper, and no lettuce. I asked them to take the drinks off and they said they would and that it would be refunded. I wait 20 minutes in the drive tru thinking I’m still getting the food. I get to the window and they explain to me that they had to cancel my whole order and that I will have to redo it in order to get my food. Number 1 I wanna know why that wasn’t explained to me at the speaker before I waited 20 minutes. Number 2 what’s the point in the mobile app, if they ain’t got what you want they’ll cancel it and make you wait again? Don’t make sense to me. Number 3 I was never refunded the 250 crowns i redeemed on that order.
Not only that but my girlfriend went inside to order herself something a few weeks back. She asked for the $5 meal with the whopper. The lady taking her order said “it’s called a whopper jr, when you order you need to say it properly”. This is absolutely not okay! Especially to someone who has trouble with their pronunciation. What this lady should have done is use her common sense, there is no $5 MEAL with a whopper other than the whopper jr. If someone comes in there that doesn’t speak English, do y'all just deny them service since they can’t order properly?

Read moreI just visited the inside of the store for a mobile pick up order I placed. I came inside because the drive thru line was very backed up. None of that is what concerns me. During my visit inside the store around 6:50pm 5/29, I witnessed what was hands down one of the most disgusting interactions between “management” and employee ever. I come inside and the manager is seriously talking to the back line employees like dogs. But he is especially laying in to one specific girl who was just trying to keep up. He kept getting smart with her and when she finally spoke up a teensy tiny bit, he JUMPED her butt and talked to her worse than he already was. Told her to clock out leave and come back when she had some respect. Apparently I was asleep the entire time I was in there because the only one being disrespectful was him. And she was so young and seemed so sweet. Guess he gets off on bullying little girls or something, needless to say I feel bad for the girl and I hope she finds a better job. Hopefully the right person reads this review. At the minimum the higher ups of BK need to make OBVIOUSLY needed adjustments to ensure they’re not placing someone mentally incapable of handling a managers position in a managers position. If that was my daughter I’d be LIVID.

There was a woman crying inside and a manager yelling at her for throwing CHANGE AT A CUSTOMER. The woman working the window was texting on her phone, completely oblivious to customers. Manger told her to go home, window lady told us to pull up and they'd deliver our order. Manager shows up with the wrong order, starts taking her frustrations out on me when I told her it was wrong. She told me if I want my order on time, I need to come inside and when I told her what happened at the drive thru, she got even more irritated, almost yelling at me that she has to send someone home and that I should have told the girl at the window which mobile order it was. I did, I told her my name and the order number twice. That manager was insanely rude and did not handle her job properly at ALL.
