My Covid card was denied by a cruise line, for an upcoming trip because a date was written ineligibly by this pharmacy. When I called Walgreens to ask how to remedy, "Mercedes" initially answered the phone with attitude and abruptness and then responded in the same manner. I got in my car and was inconvenienced (1 hour round trip) to pick up a new card. However, happily it was ready at my arrival and I profusely thanked the staff. Rather than being receptive to my thanks, I received "stink eye" from the surrounding staff (the pharmacist or med tech even rolled her eyes at me). As representatives for Walgreens, not one apology was delivered from any of these ladies for my inconvenience due to THE PHARMACY'S MISTAKE! Thank goodness the young man "Jabe" was all smiles and told me to have a safe trip! Apparently, at his young age, he understands that the "customer comes first"! Furthermore as I as leaving the store disgruntled, Scott (very nice cashier) offered and called the manager. The mgr never came; that was okay being lunchtime or having other store issues. However, I should have received a follow-up phone call from him, at the very least, due to my obvious dissatisfaction with the pharmacy attitude which I openly expressed to the pharmacy itself as I walked away.. My family spends a fortune on medication monthly. Whether it's on the phone or at pick-up, Jasper Walmart pharmacy is ALWAYS customer friendly no matter how busy they are. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI understand that working the floor at Walgreen's has its challenges, but I have had several bad experiences lately with employees stalking me around the store assuming I am shoplifting and at this location, a woman between her 40s and 50s with shoulder length dark brown hair was extremely inappropriate in front of her colleagues and other customers in order to convey her irritation with me for having to put some items I was considering back on the shelf by slamming the basket down on the counter ridiculously loudly to make a point when I offered to put the items back myself but instead of accepting my offer or accepting her job responsibilities with class, she decided to embarrass me and make a show for no reason at all in the sense that doing so would do no good other than make a scene and serve as a display for her discontent. I decided not to buy anything at this point due to the appalling nature of this lack of customer service, and she then proceeded to follow me outside to see what vehicle I got into so she could consider calling the authorities for revenge in her anger and tell them she believed me to be shop lifting. Perhaps it was just a feeble attempt at a show of power or perhaps she 2as having a bad day or perhaps I should have handled something differently, but they lost hundreds of dollars of revenue from her behavior, and i will not shop there again when I have a Walgreens closer to my house with better customer...

Another pharmacist was able to answer my question in under 30 seconds. I've never been treated so terribly. I left the walgreens feeling as though my joy had been stolen from me for the entire day. No professional establishment should hire people as hateful as the employee in question.
