Had a horrible experience. I made an appointment for my mother-in-law went to the appointment and was told by the hairdresser that she had to leave to make it to a dr appointment. We let that go because emergencies happen. The hairdresser asked if we could come back the next day at 2. I called at 12:30 to make sure she was going to be there and she told me yes.
