Having lived in Knoxville, I became accustomed to large shopping malls. When we moved here, I was worried I would miss places like Turkey Creek and West Town. To my surprise, I am actually content with the shopping Morristown has to offer, specifically College Square Mall. Despite most of the large department stores closing with Kohls being the only one remaining, this mall has everything we really need. Being a bargain Shopper who refuses to pay full price, I like that TJ Maxx is in the mall in the space Sears once occupied. The mall does not have all the stores onecwould expect to see in a mall, but it does have a little of everything. There's a bookstore, candy store, several jewelers, a sporting goods store, a department store, a mobile phone store or two, a pet store and several other niche type businesses. There is not a food court but you will find a cookie shop, ice cream shop, and a couple other novelty restaurants such as Aunt Annie's pretzels. If I had to suggest an additional store be added, I would either say Victoria's Secret or Sakurro Japanese Hibachi . For a small mall, it serves its purpose and does it surprisingly well. For the items you can't find at the mall, there's Walmart, Ross's, Shoe Carnival, Office Max, Ashley Furniture, and Bargain Hunt all within one mile. Not bad for little...
